You are invited to the screening of Faust, the 1926 silent film directed by F.W. Murnau. This film is a masterpiece of German Expressionism and is renowned for its dramatic storytelling. Murnau’s “Faust” is celebrated for its groundbreaking visual effects and use of light and shadow, which create a haunting and otherworldly atmosphere.
The film will be accompanied by a live score composed and performed by UQ's leading musical talents, the Sketch Ensemble.
