Bradley Daley
Renowned for his powerful and expressive tenor voice, Daley has earned widespread acclaim for his interpretations of opera’s most challenging roles, including Siegfried, Otello, Der Kaiser, and Florestan. His artistry and commitment to his craft have made him a standout performer on stages across Australia, Europe, and the UK. Known for his ability to convey both lyrical beauty and dramatic intensity, Bradley is perfectly suited to the Heldentenor roles needed for Wagner’s masterful blend of music and storytelling.
Daley’s career highlights include award-winning performances such as Curley in Of Mice and Men and Mao Tse-tung in Nixon in China, as well as Green Room Award-nominated roles like Don José in Carmen and Siegmund in Der Ring des Nibelungen. His recent triumphs include his debut as Siegfried in Der Ring des Nibelungen and Der Kaiser in Die Frau ohne Schatten for Opera Kiel in Germany.
An internationally recognised artist, Daley has performed extensively in Europe and the UK, appearing with English National Opera, Opera North, and Welsh National Opera, as well as on tour in France, Italy, and Belgium. Australian audiences have enjoyed his performances with Opera Australia, State Opera of South Australia, and Victorian Opera in roles such as Otello, Erik in Der fliegende Holländer, and Tito in La Clemenza di Tito.
