The UQ Saxophone Ensemble
The UQ Saxophone Ensemble is a collaborative and dynamic ensemble for saxophonists across The University of Queensland. It offers collaborative learning and performing in a supportive environment and is led by internationally recognised contemporary saxophonist Dr Emma Di Marco. The UQSE performs across Brisbane with a diverse and eclectic repertoire of newly commissioned works, Australian music, classical transcriptions, jazz, and popular music. Whether pursuing a music career or nurturing their love for saxophone, this vibrant community empowers young musicians for lifelong engagement with music.
